Weekly Focused Assemblies 2023-2024

In our assembly this week, we discussed and learned about Emma Radacanu who is one of our school house names. We had an interesting assembly listening to all that she had achieved and discussing what her personal attributes are that have helped her to become such a successful sports person.

We listened to some extracts from a book all about Emma and thought about the following questions:

We thought about how we could learn a lot from Emma’s growth mindset and what we could do in school to be the very best versions of ourselves. To enhance the meaning of our assembly, we listened to Abba – ‘The Winner Takes it All’
