Weekly Focused Assemblies 2023-2024

In our assembly this week, we discussed the issue of bullying as it is anti-bullying week. 

 As a whole school, we talked about the difference between bullying and banter. We also talked about when banter is not okay.

To further explore the topic of bullying, we all listened to the following story and spoke about how the different characters behaved.

In order to enhance the meaning of our assembly, we listened to the song ‘Titanium’ by David Ghetta and thought about how the words and meaning of the song link to the idea of anti-bullying week. Take a listen to the song here:
